So it is a family tradition that my mom and I bottle salsa every year. No recipe, no measurements, just lots of taste tests!!

1 Bushel Roaster Peppers
12 Onions
10 Bunches of Cilantro
3lbs. Fresh Garlic
4 Roasted JalapeƱo's
Salt

After 12 hours of preparing, cooking and canning we have 45 bottles of salsa!! Let's hope that last for the entire year!!
